Mike
With a strong background in leadership and discipline as a proud Air Force veteran, Mike brings a focused, results-driven approach to managing construction projects from start to finish. He’s committed to quality, communication, and keeping projects on track and on budget.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family. His experience, reliability, and dedication make him a trusted leader on every job site.
Lisa
With a sharp mind for numbers and a steady hand on the financial pulse of the company, Lisa keeps our books balanced and our operations running smoothly. She handles everything from invoicing to financial reporting with precision and care. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling to new places, unwinding with a great book, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
She’s also a big fan of card and board games — especially when there’s a little friendly competition involved. Her reliability, professionalism, and warm personality make her a valued and trusted member of our team.
Matt
brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on talent to every phase of the build. He plays a key role in coordinating on-site work, ensuring structural integrity, and supporting the team wherever needed.
Known for his reliability and can-do attitude, he helps keep our projects moving smoothly from the ground up.
When he’s not on the job site, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, working on the farm, and playing with his dogs. His mix of skill, dedication, and down-to-earth personality makes him a valued leader on our team.
Nicci
plays a key role in keeping our office organized and running efficiently. With strong organizational skills and a positive, approachable demeanor, she ensures that schedules stay on track, communication flows smoothly, and day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
As the go-to person for coordinating meetings and managing appointments, she provides steady support that helps everything function a bit more easily. A proud mom of two daughters, Nicci brings the same thoughtful care to her work as she does at home.
Outside the office, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors—especially in the company of animals and nature. Her dependable presence makes her a valued part of our team.
David
brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and deep-rooted values to every project. A native of the Appalachian Mountains, he combines his scientific background (degrees in Biology and Anthropology from Appalachian State, plus an MPA earned magna cum laude) with hands-on building experience to deliver exceptional results.
As a certified Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner and Professional Energy Manager, he approaches each project with both precision and strategic thinking.
Currently serving as President of the Caldwell County Homebuilders Association and a proud Rotarian who lives by “Service above Self,” David is known for his demanding standards and problem-solving abilities. Whether working in the field or the boardroom, he draws on an extensive network of relationships to execute high-level service for clients. His natural vision for building and unwavering commitment to integrity make him an invaluable leader who consistently exceeds expectations.
Trent
plays a key role in managing budgets, handling customer selections, and ensuring accurate estimates and timely purchasing for our projects.
He combines attention to detail with a strong work ethic to keep things running smoothly. Outside of the office, he enjoys making and listening to music, staying active through fitness, and watching sports — especially cheering on his favorite team, the Carolina Panthers.
His enthusiasm and well-rounded skill set make him an essential part of our team.
